1. Overview

These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Amy Sigalov (“the Consultant”) for makeup consulting, online sessions, in-person sessions, subscription services, and The Full Face package. By booking any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Services include personalised recommendations, routine building, makeup shopping guidance, colour advice, shopping tips, and curated shortlists.

3. Payments & Pricing

Payment is required in full at booking unless agreed otherwise. Prices may be updated at any time.

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client cancellations 48+ hours before the session are refundable or reschedulable. Within 48 hours, sessions are non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full.

5. Subscription Terms

Subscription includes messaging support within agreed hours. Not a 24/7 service. No partial refunds. Cancellation stops future billing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information. Recommendations are based on experience. Patch testing is recommended. Final purchasing decisions rest with the client.

7. Results Disclaimer

Amy cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Variations may occur based on individual differences.

8. Travel & In-Person Sessions

Travel within designated areas is included; additional fees may apply outside these zones.

9. Refunds

Refunds are not offered after a session has taken place. Refunds only apply if Amy cancels and cannot reschedule.

10. Use of Photos & Testimonials

Photos are used only for consultations. Testimonials shared only with permission.

11. Confidentiality & Privacy

All data is confidential and handled in line with UK data protection law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Amy is not liable for reactions, dissatisfaction with third-party products, losses from retailers, or outcomes beyond her control.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by England & Wales law.
